The journal provides an open platform for high-quality research in medicine, exercise science, rehabilitation, nutrition, and public health, with a focus on advancing scientific knowledge and supporting evidence-based practice across health-related disciplines.
This journal accepts manuscripts written in English. All submissions should present a clear scientific question, appropriate study design, reliable data, rigorous statistical analysis, clear academic writing, and adequate ethical documentation.
The journal is a comprehensive medical and health science journal with a special focus on exercise, rehabilitation, nutrition, and public health. Priority will be given to studies with strong methodological quality, clear practical value, and potential clinical, health, or translational significance.
Manuscripts from the above fields may be published in the same issue. The journal does not publish separate discipline-specific issues by default. Instead, it is organized under a broad health science framework and encourages interdisciplinary integration among medicine, exercise science, rehabilitation, nutrition, and population health.
The Journal of Medicine, Exercise and Health Science was founded in 2026 in Canada with a mission to provide an accessible, rigorous venue for kinesiology and movement science research from scholars around the world.
We are committed to open-access publishing so that research findings are freely available to practitioners, students, and the public, advancing the field beyond institutional barriers.
